The Ride: Essentials
Take your coaching further with advanced instruction using the Keiser M Series Group and Personal Apps. Learn to use power, cadence and FTP data to create high-impact, performance-led classes.
Perfect For: Qualified indoor cycling instructors looking to enhance their coaching with data and technology.
Format: 5 hours
CPD Points: 4.5 CIMSPA CPD points
Course Requirements
Entry Requirements “The Ride: Essentials”
Learners must hold a Level 2 Indoor Cycling Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
Learners must be aged 16+ and have some experience of participating in indoor cycling classes.
Career Progression / Employability “The Essentials”
This course is designed to support fitness professionals in delivering safe and effective indoor cycling classes.
The course is CIMSPA endorsed and provides 4.5 CPD points, supporting ongoing professional development and employability within the fitness industry.
This course supports instructors currently working in gyms, health clubs and boutique studios, and helps develop the knowledge and skills required to deliver structured, engaging and effective indoor cycling classes.
