Advanced CPD for qualified instructors who want to coach with power, cadence, FTP and Keiser M Series technology. 5-hour practical workshop, 4.5 CIMSPA CPD points.

Foundations: Entry Requirements
Learners must hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
Learners must be aged 16+ and should be comfortable taking part in practical cycling elements.
Essentials: Entry Requirements
Learners must hold a Level 2 Indoor Cycling Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
Learners must be aged 16+ and have some experience of participating in indoor cycling classes.

Do I need experience to attend The Ride: Foundations?
A Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent is essential to complete this course.
Do I need to be qualified already for The Ride: Essentials?
Yes. Essentials is designed for qualified indoor cycling instructors or equivalent.
Are the courses CIMSPA endorsed?
Yes, Keiser UK Education courses are CIMSPA endorsed and carry CIMSPA CPD points.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all learners receive certification after successful completion.
Can my club host a course?
Yes, clubs and operators can enquire about hosting a public course or booking private in-house training.
Can I book a course online?
Available public course dates can be booked through the Upcoming Courses section. Bespoke or private training should use the enquiry form.
What should I bring?
Comfortable exercise clothing, water, a towel, and cycling shoes if you use them. Trainers are also suitable unless otherwise stated.
